If you place an order at Verstappen.com which should be delivered on an address (no p.o. box) within the Netherlands, you have the following options:
If you complete an order, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. An e-mail with a tracking link will be send to you when DHL has picked up your order in our warehouse.
Have you missed the delivery person? Then your order will be delivered at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. With the track & trace code you can track your order.
If you complete an order on working days, usually the next day your order can be picked up at the Parcel shop or the Parcel station you have chosen. You can pick up your order withing 7 days. With the track & trace code you can follow up your order.
Sometimes we will start selling products which we don't have in stock yet. At the product description we mention clearly the date on which we will send the product. Of course, we keep you informed by e-mail about the delivery of your order.

Shipping costs
If you order from outside the EU, there is the possibility there will be extra costs due to customs. For further info please contact your local post office.
Have you checked with your neighbors to see if your package was delivered there? It often happens that the driver forgets to leave a note, which can cause some confusion. In many cases, the package will be delivered one or two days later.

The delivery time of pre-orders varies by product. The expected delivery time is communicated with the product on the website and is also in the confirmation you receive after ordering. Should the delivery time change we will inform you at the e-mail address used when placing the order.

If you see the status 'in progress' in your account, it means your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Our customer service cannot provide an exact shipping time. Once your order status changes to 'shipped,' it means the order has been dispatched and handed over to our carriers.
